The Centre Inria de l’Université de Grenoble groups together almost 600 people in 22 research teams and 7 research support departments.
Staff is present on three campuses in Grenoble, in close collaboration with other research and higher education institutions (Université Grenoble Alpes, CNRS, CEA, INRAE, …), but also with key economic players in the area.
The Centre Inria de l’Université Grenoble Alpe is active in the fields of high-performance computing, verification and embedded systems, modeling of the environment at multiple levels, and data science and artificial intelligence. The center is a top-level scientific institute with an extensive network of international collaborations in Europe and the rest of the world.
Context
The proposed position is part of AIBILL, a technological development and company creation project supported by Inria Start Up Studio.
Hiring date is flexible, starting as early as July 2024. End of the contract is June 2024.

Assignment
As part of the development of the AIBILL website and mobile application, we are looking for a full stack developer, for the Inria, Grenoble, ( Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes).
In the process of creating a business around the AIBILL project, it is highly likely that the position will continue in the start-up that will be created.
The desire to be part of this entrepreneurship process with the AIBILL team is essential for this position.
The Development will be supervised by Kirubakaran Ramamoorthy, AIBILL project owner with reporting and monitoring of the project in conjunction with the development department of the centre which is responsible for the project.
Main activities
- Serve as a technical lead in developing, testing and maintaining our web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with the founding team to shape the vision, strategy and culture of the startup.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas and iterate on feedback.
- Contribute to business development, fundraising and scaling efforts.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation and openness.
Skills
- Significant experience in full stack development, including frontend and backend, as well as database management.
- Proficient in technologies such as React for frontend; Dot Net, Node.js, Python or similar for backend and familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase for databases.
- Demonstrated ability to build responsive and intuitive web and mobile applications.
- Previous startup experience or passion about startups.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, willing to wear multiple hats and contribute beyond just coding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to overcoming challenges.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent French & English speaking/ writing skills. (Native/ C1 level)

Remuneration
