Assignments :
With the help of Paul Van Liedekerke, the recruited person will design and implement applications.

For a better knowledge of the proposed research subject :

Collaboration :
The recruited person will be in connection with: Paul Van Liedekerke, Dirk Drasdo.

Responsibilities :
The person recruited is responsible for developing models and specific code for clients.

Steering/Management : Paul Van Liedekerke, Dirk Drasdo

Principales activités

Main activities : analyse/propose solutions, Develop/test code (C++) in TiSim software, develop client-specific models, survey of existing libraries needed for the applications, run/analyse simulations.

Additional activities : Present result to clients, follow up of client's projects, write project reports




Technical skills and level required : experience with CFD (e.g. openFoam, FreeFem, ..) or Agent-based systems

Languages : C++ and basic knowledge of python programming

Relational skills : must be able to listen to clients and analyse their problems.

Other valued appreciated : intracellular modeling (CellML, SBML)
